BANK ACCOUNT
You will receive all necessary information needed to make payment by confirmation e-mail.
Payment must be made no later than 12:00 on the first working day after placing the order on our bank account.
You can make a payment via your online bank or in person at any bank. Make sure that the transaction is made in the same currency as is stated on the pro forma invoice. It is the most commonly picked option to pay in our online store, as it is safe, affordable and simple. The transaction must be recorded on our account no later than two working days for items in stock, or no later than the next business day for the goods delivered upon explicit customer request. When making a payment, use an exact reference number, as otherwise the shipment may be delayed. The delivery deadline begins with the day of detecting funds on our account.
PAYPAL and CREDIT CARDS
Payment option is available for purchases up to 500 EUR. When making PayPal payments, you will be redirected to the payment website, where you will follow the instructions and complete your payment. The payment commission with PayPal is made out of two parts. The fixed amount is 0,40 EUR (net) and the variable part is 3.4 % (net), which is charged on the entire invoice value (products and services, postage and tax). The commission is paid by the buyer.
PayPal also allows you to pay for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, for which you do not need to have a PayPal account.
The PayPal payment system is safe. Your bank information is not visible to the person who receives payment. In the case of a credit card payment, we do not see any sensitive information about your credit card.
PAYMENT AT DELIVERY (ONLY FOR + USERS)
Only for domestic delivery within the Republic of Slovenia. You pay for the ordered goods for delivery. Cost of this option is 1.50 EUR including VAT.
How to enable cash on delivery option ?
- You must have a +user status.
(+ user is a customer who has registered a user account, has successfully made at least one purchase, taken over all shipments and made all payments within the terms agreed deadline.)
- The cart total is below 750.00 EUR.
- All items in the cart must be "In stock" or availability should not be longer than 3 working days.
- The delivery address is within Slovenia.
- Insured delivery must be selected.
Due to the bad payment discipline with cash on delivery payments, this option of payment is available only for users who meet all the above conditions. When you meet all five conditions, you will be shown the option of cash on delivery at the online store checkout.
