The cost of shipping is influenced by several factors. These are the weight of the order, the content values, the time of the shipment transfer and other individual wishes of the customer.

All shipments are sent to the final consumer from the Republic of Slovenia, unless previously agreed otherwise.

The registered form of delivery is suitable for purchases of lower values. The parcel is registered and insured for a maximum of EUR 25.00. Due to the risks, it is only available for purchases up to a total value of EUR 75.00. In case of loss, damage, looting or destruction of the parcel, the customer bears the difference between the total purchase value and the insured value of 25.00 EUR. The tracking number is forwarded to the buyer when the package is shipped via email.
If the purchase value exceeds EUR 25.00, in case of robbery, non-delivery to the addressee or destruction of the parcel, the buyer assumes all material responsibility for the difference between the invoice amount and the insured value of EUR 25.00. The responsibility of the sender and the provider of postal services for the difference is completely excluded.

This form of delivery is suitable for purchases higher values. The parcel is registered and insured for the actual purchase value. In the event of a loss, the full insured value will be refunded in case of favorably resolved claim. The tracking number is forwarded to the buyer when the package is shipped via email.

Packing and costs

Packing costs are not included in the shipping costs. A packing fee of 1.00 EUR* is charged for orders with a total up to 15.00 EUR (excluding shipping costs and costs of payment transactions). Orders with a total above 15.00 EUR (excluding shipping and payment transaction costs) are packed free of charge.

Packages are packed exclusively in new packaging. All packages are wrapped carefully, in accordance with all the latest packaging standards. By doing so, we ensure that your order will arrive to you safely and without complications. Outside package shipment does not give any indication of the content inside, as all shipments are packaged in neutral packaging. When purchasing higher values, only the value of the item is indicated because of the requirements related to insurance.

How long does it take to ship the order in case of prepayment?

The dispatch of the shipment depends on the stock of the item and the speed of receipt of payment. Items in stock are dispatched within three business days after payment is received.

What is the weight of the item that you use to calculate shipping costs?

The weight of a product is predetermined for each item on the product page (the line " Weight for calculation of shipping costs is:"). This weight already includes the anticipated packing and protective material used for packaging. The total estimated mass for each order is shown at the checkout site, before you place an order. Based on the weight of order and your location, all delivery options and prices for each delivery option are automatically generated.

What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

The shipment will be delivered within the estimated time frame at your address. If you are absent on time of delivery, the courier will leave you a notice in the mailbox. You can pick up the shipment at the nearest branch of the post office, or at the address indicated on the notice. Post of Slovenia does not deliver shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. If you do not pick up the shipment in 5 days, the first attempt to serve, it will be returned to the sender.

Can I pick order personally?

Personal order pickups at company headquarters are not possible.
We offer affordable delivery options at your address. Express delivery options are also available, where the shipment can be delivered on the same day within Slovenia or on the next working day to an address outside Slovenia. For more details, see the delivery options for your location.

Pick-ups are occasionally possible at coin shows where we are presented.

What do you use foraging packaging?

We use exclusively new and clean packaging. Small-sized shipments are wrapped in envelopes to save weight. For the packaging of items, where we do not need to pay attention to the weight, we use cardboard packaging. THE PACKAGING IS NOT MARKED AND DOES NOT GIVE ANY INDICATION OF THE TYPE OF CONTENT.

The shipment was not received within the expected time. What now?

This happens in Slovenia very rarely to registered shipments. Nevertheless, please contact us immediately if you do not receive registered mail at the expiration deadline (D + 3). We will place an inquiry with the postal service provider. The inquiry procedure must be completed by the postal service provider before any action can be taken. In the event that the loss of the shipment is confirmed, and you have chosen the insured delivery for the full value, we will give the full refund of purchase on your bank account. If the shipment is insured only partially, we will refund the purchase on your bank account in the amount of insurance coverage. If you have chosen a cheaper, not fully insured delivery, you have taken the whole responsibility for shipment.

The shipment is damaged, what should I do?

Before signing any post documentation, visually check the shipment. If the shipment is not damaged, there are no signs of missing content, that the weight of the package does not deviate from the weight indicated on the postal sticker or that the safety seals are not damaged. We use new packaging exclusively.

We advise you to refuse to accept a shipment that has obvious injuries or signs any documentation, since the insurance of the shipment ends at the moment of signing the documentation. In case of choosing a delivery that is not insured for the entire value of the order, the buyer takes all material liability in the event of loss, damage or missing content! The responsibility of the sender or the postal service provider is fully excluded!

I accepted the package despite the obvious signs of damage to the wrapper.

In case you accept a package with the obvious signs of damage, you take all the material responsibility for the lack or damage to content. However, please contact us within 12 hours of the receipt of such a shipment, as this may substantially affect on resolution of the case.

Save all packaging materials and all content that you received and wait for further instructions. We will need your cooperation, since all packaging, filling and content received will need to be taken to the nearest post office, where the official record will be made. The procedure may also need to be repeated at the Police Station, by giving a statement of the truthfulness of your claim.

After that, the postal service provider will take a decision about the case. The sender's responsibility for the missing is in that case completely excluded.

Any additional individually required services related to packaging or shipping are carried out at the explicit request, and are charged individually. The price list is informative. The exact cost of delivery is calculated prior to the order being placed. Exceptions are orders with a payment option upon delivery, where PS charges service for payment via UPN form according to its current valid price list upon delivery. By placing the order, the customer accepts delivery costs without the possibility of a subsequent appeal. For the accuracy of the information in the order (contract), the buyer is fully responsible. In case of incorrect address information that will lead to the loss of shipment or that the shipment will be served to the wrong recipient, the responsibility of the sender and the postal service provider is completely excluded. The responsibility of the sender for the exceeded delivery deadline is completely excluded.
