Australia: 1 AUD 2023 - 1oz .999 Ag BU - Rough-Toothed Dolphin
Each year of the coin is dedicated to a specific type of dolphin. Dolphins are aquatic mammals of the Delphinidae family and are the most widespread cetacean family. We know 32 different species. They feed mainly on fish. The largest dolphins are orcas, which grow up to eight meters in length. On the coins, on the early part of the coin, there is an inscription of the type depicted on the individual year. Underneath the main dolphin motif is a marking for weight, purity and type of metal. Silver coins are made of 1 oz t 999/1000 silver.
The other side of the coin depicts Queen Elizabeth II. The first coin with mintage year 2019 featured the 4th motif of the Queen on the coin, the second coin in the series replaced it with the 6th portrait of the Queen. Due to the death of Queen Elizabeth II in 2022, the period of her reign - 1952-2022 - is also marked on the silver coin minted in 2023. There is also a face value of 1 AUD on this side of the coins. Coins are an official form of payment approved by the Australian government.
The edge of the coin is serrated.
The mintage is limited to only 25,000 pieces.

The mint also produces circulation coins for other countries, collector coins and products for investors. It is distinguished by the high quality of minting silver and gold investment and collector coins.
